Mr Rusiru De Silva is the newly appointed Director of Manko Security (Pvt) Ltd. He has a Bachelor of Business Administrations degree from the University of Colombo and is following his MBA at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

After several years working different management roles in the field of Apparel and Finance Administration, Rusiru joined hands with Manko Security (Pvt) Ltd in 2019 as the Manager – Administrations and was appointed as the Director in 2021.

While gathering qualifications that equip him with essential knowledge and skills for the management of modern businesses, he continued performing as the Director of Manko Security (Pvt) Ltd. This exposure to real businesses, supplemented by a string of noteworthy academic and professional qualifications, has groomed him as a very successful business leader.
