Chief Security Officer (CSO)

General Responsibilities:

Monitoring surveillance equipment.
Maintaining an activity log and preparing surveillance reports.
Installing security systems and controls.
Compiling the duty roster on the allocated point.
Responding to alarms and analysing security footage.
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
Investigating suspicious behaviour, incidents, and security breaches.
Act lawfully in direct defence of life or property.

General Responsibilities:

Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry and exit.
Compiling the duty roster on the allocated point.
Responding to alarms and analysing security footage.
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
Investigating suspicious behaviour, incidents, and security breaches.
Awareness on Quality Policy and objectives, Contribution to the effectiveness of QMS, Implication of not conforming to the QMS requirements/ other compliances.

General Responsibilities:

Monitoring surveillance equipment.
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property.
Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry and exit.
Restraining trespassers.
Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
Awareness on Quality Policy and objectives, Contribution to the effectiveness of QMS, Implication of not conforming to the QMS requirements/ other compliances.

General Responsibilities:

Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing
buildings (ID badges and passes).
Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have.
Inspecting buildings, equipment, accessing and exiting points.
Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and
surveillance activities.
Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the
premises.
Controls traffic by directing drivers.
